Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The item is unopened and in original condition
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products handled improperly after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Refunds
If your request is approved:
- A replacement or refund will be issued
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
